We are the data controller for all patient and website user data. We comply with UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018, and GMC confidentiality guidance.

What Information We Collect

Medical & Appointment Data: Name, date of birth, contact details, medical history, GP/referral letters, clinical notes, prescriptions.

Communications: Emails, SMS, WhatsApp or telephone correspondence.

Website Data: Cookies, IP address, browser/device information (see Cookie Policy below).

Retention periods: In line with NHS Records Management Code of Practice:

• Adult health records: Minimum 8 years after last contact

We will securely delete or anonymise data when no longer required.

In the unlikely event of a data breach that poses a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will:

• Notify the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) within 72 hours

• Inform you directly without undue delay

• Take immediate steps to mitigate any harm
